The New England Student Affairs Placement Conference is one of our annual events where campuses can post open positions and interview candidates in large numbers to efficiently hire for their campus.

Interested in hosting the conference? We're looking for a campus with the following:
​
Event Duration (including setup and break down): 2-day conference in May or June. Committee may need access to the space the day prior to the conference.
Typical Attendance: Approximately 50 - 100
Facility and Technology Requirements:

1 large space for 20 - 30 tables to host interviews TPE style or 20 - 30 residence hall rooms to facilitate interviews

1 space that can accommodate 40 - 50 people for opening keynote and welcome

1 space that can accommodate 40 - 50 candidates in lounge setting

1 space that can accommodate 30 - 40 employers in a lounge setting

1 space that can accommodate 10 - 20 people designated as a quiet area

Access to wifi and printing for candidates and employers

Access to a small storage space
Overnight Accommodations: Enough for approximately 40 attendees
Parking Accommodations: Space for vans and cars for attendees. Preferably free.
Food Needs: Catering or dining hall with coffee and continental breakfast options; catering or dining hall with options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian guests for lunches. Grab and go boxes preferred.
Tentative Date: Two days in May or June. Committee will need access to space the day before.
Accessibility Needs: Space compliant with ADA including push-to-open door access; elevator if spaces extend past first floor
Planning Timeline: Ideally, a campus is secured during the fall or early spring semester. The planning committee begins to meet sometime in the spring.
Other Needs:

At least one staff member of the campus is expected to serve as a liaison for the planning committee.

Access to key cards or keys is necessary for overnight guests

Access to public transportation is highly desired

Information about local restaurants, parking, and transportation for candidates
