The RA Conference is one of our annual events where paraprofessionals gather for a full day to network and learn from peers and professionals from across the Boston area.

Interested in hosting the conference? We're looking for a campus with the following:

Event Duration (including setup and break down): Approximately 7:30am - 4:00pm
Typical Attendance: 250 - 375, dependent on campus
Facility and Technology Requirements:

Large space for up to 400 participants for welcome, keynote, and closing

Space for check-in (typically a large lobby or foyer)

Minimum of 25 classroom spaces with seating up to 30, equipped with technology for presentations

Dining facility or catering for lunch for all participants and professional staff
Overnight Accommodations: None
Parking Accommodations: Space for buses, vans, and cars for attendees. Preferably free.
Food Needs: Catering or dining hall with options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian guests
Tentative Date: Saturday or Sunday at the end of October or early November
Accessibility Needs: Space compliant with ADA; Elevator if spaces extend past first floor
Planning Timeline: Ideally, a campus is secured during the spring or summer semester. The planning committee begins to meet sometime in August or September
Other Needs: At least one staff member of the campus is expected to serve as a liaison for the planning committee.
